Our subscription service's monthly payment cycle reflects our regular engagement and partnership with you as part of managing your business.  We aren't there only when things go wrong; instead, we contact and support you every month. 
 
This can take the form of updates and routine discussions, or the service you pay for can be structured around a business improvement project. 
 
We don't operate on a single contact basis, but are available to your management team to respond quickly to your needs.

Best Suited for business with 1-20 employees

Minimum term: 9 Months

  1. Initial HR audit and gap identification – 4 hrs

  2. Telephone Support – 2 hrs per month

  3. Document creation and updating over the phone

  4. Annual written update on trends in employment law and work place practices

​

Out of package Charges:

  • Hourly on-site rate of €80 per hour (additional)

​

Options Ad ons: 

  • “Kickstart” training for leaders at 2 hrs on end-to-end  employment relationship – Every 2 Months

Level 2 

​

Best Suited for business with 1-50 employees

​

Minimum term: 9 Months

  1. Initial HR audit and gap identification – 6 hrs

  2. Telephone Support – 3 hrs per month

  3. Document creation and updating over the phone

  4. On-site 2 hrs per fortnight (52 hrs per annum)

  5. Bi-Monthly on-site briefing sessions and 1-1 coaching of new leaders – 2 hrs

  6. “Kickstart” training for leaders at 2 hrs on end-to-end  employment relationship – 3 Times a Year

  7. Twice annual update on trends in employment law and work place practices

​

Options / Ad ons: 

  • Call-in option of 24 hrs per annum additional time on site for emergency cover (Hourly rate of €90 thereafter)

Level 3

Best Suited for business with 25-100 employees

​

Minimum term: 6 Months

  1. Initial HR audit and gap identification – 8 hrs

  2. Telephone Support – 4 hrs per month

  3. Document creation and updating at the end of the phone

  4. On-site 90 Mins per week or 3 hrs per fortnight (78hrs per annum)

  5. 1 Monthly on-site briefing sessions and 1-1 coaching of new leaders – 2 hrs

  6. “Kickstart” training for leaders at 3 hrs on end-to-end  employment relationship – 4 Times a Year

  7. Twice annual update on trends in employment law and work place practices

Options Ad ons: 

  • Call-in option of 60 hrs per annum additional time on site for emergency cover (Hourly rate of €90 thereafter)
